We’re looking for an experienced Well Site / Intervention Supervisor to join our team in Midland. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a deep background in operations, safety, and production optimization.

What You’ll Do:

Lead safe and efficient operations across the work area
Support all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
Work closely with the Operations Leader to guide operators, maintenance teams, technical staff, and admin personnel
Collaborate with engineers and optimization specialists to improve production, reduce costs, and maximize long-term value
Track production volumes, operating expenses, and budgets
Oversee facility performance, including startups and commissioning of new sites
Coordinate with third-party producers for optimal output
Organize and execute maintenance turnarounds
Mentor and develop field personnel, providing technical guidance and support
Assist with employee evaluations and maintain a strong field presence
Manage staff scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and vacations
Step in as needed to support the Operations Leader

Job Summary

The Multi-Skilled Operator II is responsible for day-to-day well and facility operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of production equipment. This role requires hands-on operational experience, strong situational awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering, maintenance, and support teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Key Accountabilities

Operate and monitor well operations including gas-lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, control boards, and pipeline systems.

Perform minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.

Assist other operators and craft personnel as required.

Prepare for and execute maintenance activities including taking readings, conducting rounds, issuing work permits, following procedures, and initiating work requests.

Write and follow operating procedures and interface with internal support groups.

Proactively monitor well and equipment performance and take corrective actions to maximize production.

Coordinate with support teams to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data (corrosion inhibition, paraffin control, soap injection, etc.).

Interface with Engineering for data gathering and operational support requests.

Track and record test compression data.

Conduct fluid level measurements using an echo meter.

Required & Preferred Skills and Experience

Intermediate-level experience; typically 3–5 years in oil and gas operations.

Ability to provide technical, functional, and/or administrative support.

General working knowledge of department-specific systems, terminology, and procedures.

Capable of performing routine operational tasks independently.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and make basic operational decisions.

Strong safety awareness and adherence to operational procedures.

Job Summary

The Emissions Technician I supports emissions monitoring, inspections, and environmental compliance activities at field locations. This is an entry-level position suited for someone with up to three years of experience who is ready to learn and take ownership of assigned work while following safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) surveys using infrared FLIR cameras to identify emissions leaks

Perform AVO (audio, visual, olfactory) surveys to verify proper equipment operation

Complete inspections with an understanding of normal operating conditions and a strong focus on integrity and accuracy

Use company applications to plan work, track activities, and record inspection data

Manage assigned workload and complete tasks within established timelines

Equipment and Operations Support

Support safe and environmentally compliant operation of company-owned or rental compressors, gas-driven generators, and v***r recovery units (VRUs)

Assist with training efforts to ensure all shutdowns and safety devices are installed and functioning correctly

Support the preparation, installation, and startup of new emissions control equipment

Assist with new site construction, layout, and piping as needed

Monitor and optimize existing equipment performance

Help ensure all sites meet or exceed applicable environmental laws and regulations

Monitoring and Documentation

Identify efficiency improvement opportunities and recommend equipment replacement or alternate lift solutions in coordination with operations engineers

Set up and maintain tracking tools to document performance metrics, including runtime, mechanical availability, fuel use, throughput, and environmental compliance

Monitor VRU operations and controls to prevent oxygen entry into the system

Document incidents or abnormal operations and report them to supervision

Additional Duties

Assist lease operators and production foremen with emissions-related issues

Review vendor invoices to verify correct rates and performance-based charges

Perform similar installation and operational support for gas engine-driven generators and VRUs

Qualifications

Entry-level position, typically requiring 0–3 years of relevant experience

Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and work safely

Basic understanding of industrial equipment and environmental compliance preferred
