If you’re beginning your career as a workover rig professional, having some previous experience in the oil field or construction and trades is an asset. A positive attitude and commitment to our safety culture is essential. We believe working safely is a condition of employment.
Each crew member on a workover rig must have the ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 75 lbs. There can be repetitive motions for long periods of time such as standing, kneeling, or climbing.
