Round two of freezer-filling! Today we handed out pork to our crew from the hogs we bought at the 2026 Redwood Empire Fair Junior Livestock Auction and Roundman's did NOT hold back. Pork chops, ribs, roasts, chorizo, andouille, Italian sausage and much more ... it all looks incredible!!

Big thanks to Roundman's Smokehouse in Fort Bragg for the amazing cut, wrap, and sausage-making and for delivering it right to our door!

One of the best days of the year at NAI — Beef Day!

Today we handed out beef to our crew from the steer we bought at the Redwood Empire Fair Junior Livestock Auction, and these steaks look AMAZING.

Extra bragging rights this year — our steer came from Johanna Whitcomb of Long Valley 4-H and placed 3rd in the carcass contest! Way to go, Johanna!

Big thanks to Willowside Meats for the awesome cut and wrap job.

We love supporting the kids at our local fair — and our employees love filling their freezers. Win-win all around.

RIP Kipper 🐾
If you’ve ever stopped by our business office, chances are you were greeted by Kipper first. Our resident gentle giant and unofficial office greeter, Kipper made it his job to welcome visitors, supervise the workday, and personally inspect truck drivers’ lunch boxes at the end of their shifts for any “leftover” snacks.

A true neighborhood regular and four-legged coworker, Kipper brought smiles wherever he went. We’ll miss his visits, his wagging tail, and his very important snack-patrol duties. Hugs to his humans who we know are missing him as much as we are.🤍🤍
