Meet Spencer Desberg, our Operations & Manufacturing Intern! During his time with us, Spencer jumped right into the heart of our business, working across every corner of the shop floor and front office to keep production moving smoothly.
Quick Highlights:
- Hands-On Floor Experience: Operated the assembly press brake, manually installed hardware, and performed ISO:9001 quality control checks.
- Operations & Inventory: Audited raw materials and finished goods, consolidated tracking files, and handled essential office documentation.

Closing out 2nd Quarter in 2026 with clear goals and exciting achievements. Our President, Ryan Thomas, continues to lead with transparency by sharing performance insights, discussing overall business goals, and welcoming new team members to the organization.
During this time, our team also came together to reflect, connect, and enjoy great sandwiches from Heinen's.
