🔥 With the heat we’ve been having, here’s what you should know about your AC…

🌡️ Set your thermostat and leave it alone. Turning it way down won’t cool your home any faster.

❄️ It’s normal for your AC to run longer during extreme heat. If it’s blowing cool air and keeping your home within a few degrees of the temperature you set, it’s likely doing exactly what it’s supposed to.

🚨 Give us a call if:
• Warm air is coming from your vents.
• Your home is 5° or more above the thermostat setting for several hours.
• Your system keeps turning on and off.
• You notice ice on the unit, water leaking, strange noises, or burning smells.

💡 A few easy ways to help your AC:
• Change your air filter regularly.
• Keep blinds and curtains closed during the hottest part of the day.
• Make sure your outdoor unit is free of grass, leaves, and debris.
• Avoid constantly adjusting the thermostat.
