Hungerford project is moving along !! Electrical, plumbing and hvac roughs in completed. Insulation , drywall and siding next week. We’re on track for end of April completion date!

Early Christmas gift ! We are finally starting excavation on a new construction home in the heart of Glenside !! A few Set backs with permits and approvals but it will be in full swing now !! Coming soon to the Glenside gardens a custom designed two story farm style house !! Updates to follow as we progress!!

Sub contractors needed in the following areas and must have valid Gl insurance

Roofing
Siding
Drywall

Full time in house carpenter positions

Must have valid drivers license
Basic hand tools
Knowledge of
Framing
Drywall
Basic electrical
Finish carpentry

Helper/ apprentice position -
Must have valid license and willing to learn the trade.

Must be able to work 40 hour weeks and occasional weekends and weekday overtime
