Typical tasks of the Technician include:

Services existing and installs new plumbing systems quickly and correctly
Stays in close contact with dispatch to relay data and receive next calls
Periodically completes after-hours and weekend work (in a rotation)
Ensures that materials needed for job completion are available before traveling to the job site
Instructs and guides "helpers" and new hires assigned to him/her
Suggests new business ideas and/or cost-savings ideas to management
Attends training to keep up with new products, technical, and safety information
Ensures safety in the field and at all opportunities when "on the clock"
Communicates with Customers (General Contractors and Homeowners)
Required Skills / Training:

This is not an entry-level job. Technicians will be required to describe past work experience in detail during the interview process. Additionally, technicians:

Have 3+ years of plumbing service / installations
May be required to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
Must have, and keep, a current driver's license, with a clean driving record
Must have a friendly & professional attitude
Other related duties, as assigned
