This week, G3 broke ground on an impressive plaza renovation project at ParkShore Condominiums in downtown Chicago. This project will make extensive concrete repairs to the structural deck and membrane replacement. Followed by the installation of a new outdoor recreational area & tennis/pickleball courts. We are looking forward to getting this project underway and working with the wonderful team at ParkShore!

Check out this common corridor transformation recently completed by G3! This 27 story high rise in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood underwent an extensive renovation on all 74 of their existing residential corridors. The work included:

Replace carpeting and base
Replace light fixtures
Prep and paint walls, frames and doors
Install new wall covering
Install new door hardware on unit doors and common doors

What an improvement! We are proud to have been a part of this impressive project!

In 2019, G3 completed a massive, ground-up construction project for Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. This 100,000 sq. ft. Innovation and Research Park is home to laboratories, offices, meeting spaces, and more. Now, G3 is working to build out approximately 19,500 sq. ft. of wet lab space in this facility. We are so proud of and committed to our ongoing relationship with RFU. We can't wait to share more when the project is completed!
