it's always a sad thing to realize a relationship îsnt what yiu thought it was, but it's even more of a slap in the face when yiu realize that you are the only one loosing sleep over it, that's the real slap in the face.

Anyway, the result of all this work is that I am continually in need of experienced help. My prayer is that God would send us workers with solid spritual lives, filled with the Holy Spirit. Please pray with us for the same. We have some very good people and I know that is no accident, or "luck", but by design.

I almost never have time to post here, which is too bad. There have been many incredible miraculous things that have transpired over the last year that merit testimony. I will try to post some of them over the days to follow
Crader Construction is growing, slowly and steadily. That’s a good thing, and a testimony that God is able, and that God will finish what he starts. We are in need of skilled craftsmen, and we are in need of trainees, not laborers, but trainees. Sharp people who want to learn skills that will serve them for a lifetime.
I read the other day where Skilled Craftsmen are in high demand and the future of high tech is in the building industry. It’s about time. I know first-hand how hard it is to get qualified remodelers. We have a new member on our team, Suzanne Dixon!!! Yeah!!! She will be taking care of project management among other things. She's very talented and very to the point and I think she is just what we needed to move to the next level. She will definately bring focus that has been long overdue. And it is worth noting, she comes along side us and not under us, so she will be making changes as she sees fit. Praise God for being an on time God!!

We are, once again, in need of help. I'm looking for people with good work ethics that want long term employment. We have been here for almost 10 years and are still going strong. Praise God for that, certianly can't be attributed to anything else.

Ok, its official, I need help. I need experienced remodelers. My phone is ringing, but there is no way I can respond responsibly to all the work, so I just have to say no. I hate to say no.

We are thinking about bringing in some new help but we need experienced remodelers. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. I have plenty of help and plenty of people with limited skills, we need some real talent. Some one who could hold their own with mike. We do tons of tile and bathrooms, full showers, backsplashes. We do drywall with any textures, trim, paint plumbing, electrical . We build custom cabinets and built in entertainment centers and bars. So you can see we really need diverse talent. Paint is something we are weak in, we have several spray rigs and lots of good equipment like an HVLP but no-one comfortable with them except me. Time for some new blood but I'm not wanting to train anyone.
