Bathroom renovation. Removed tub, walls and faucets. Installed new tub, faucets with removable shower head, shower niche, corner shelf and subway tile with glass accents. New vent fan and recessed light above the shower. Installed vinyl plank flooring, toilet, 4’ vanity with marble top, mirror and medicine cabinet. All new trim, hardware and painted throughout.

Bathroom remodel. Removed whirlpool bath tub, vanity, toilet and shower. Changed the layout with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double bowl vanity and closet with a washer/dryer. Tiled floor and walls. Installed recessed lighting, illuminated mirror and light above the tub

Deck remodel. Removed decking, railing, concrete sidewalk and extended an additional 8’. Installed Trex composite decking, white pvc railings with black round balusters, decorative pieces and solar post lights. Poured new concrete landings and installed lattice below the deck.

Complete renovation of a bathroom/laundry room in Dewey. Walk-in shower with a granite top bench and linear drain. Push button controlled shower with six body jets, handheld spray, and rainfall shower head. Blue glass accent wall and three shower niche’s with mosaic sea glass and accent lighting. Porcelain tile floor and ceramic wall tile. New double bowl vanity with marble top, one piece toilet and farmhouse mirrors. Solid wood five panel doors and black hardware throughout. Laundry access moved from bathroom to hallway.
