Lion One powers up new assay laboratory in Fiji.

Lion One Metals new Geochemical Assay and Metallurgical Laboratory located in Fiji has commenced commissioning of its new laboratory complex with a maximum process capacity of 400 samples per day. The lab will service Lion Ones’ Tuvatu Gold Project. Sepor is pleased to have been the prime supplier of the new facilities laboratory and processing equipment that will optimize metallurgical, flotation and leaching test work for Lion One Metals.

Sepor has a NEW 8x8 laboratory/pilot plant jaw crusher in stock and ready to ship! The 8x8 is the largest single toggle jaw crusher and is recommended for metallurgical, assay, soil and commercial laboratories. The heavy-duty cast iron frame is mounted on a steel base, comes with a fabricated steel flywheel and required safety guards. Crushing action occurs 2 times per flywheel revolution and can crush material to minus 1/4”. The unit is V-belt driven with a 10HP TEFC motor, 230-460V 3ph/60Hz and includes the motor starter.

The capacity is 4000 lbs. per hour with a max feed size of 6.5”.

Successful Lab Equipment installation at Southern Peru Copper Toquepala Copper Mine.

Sepor Technicians have successfully completed the installation of the entire lab at SPCC’s Toquepala Copper Mine. SPCC contacted Sepor thru their Engineering Company M3 of Tucson Arizona, to provide the lab equipment for the new facility but also to provide onsite installation, commissioning and training on the equipment for company personnel. Equipment included; Primary and Secondary Crushing, Sieving and Classification equipment, Filtration and Ovens.

Sepor Technical field teams will soon be going to North Cape Province South Africa to install a Sepor Pilot plant with milling, regrind and reagent skids for a client.
