Congratulations to Travone and Eli, our Bluewater Plumbing Heating & Air Employees of the Month for May!

Both Travone and Eli started with us as apprentices and have officially stepped into service technician roles — and they’ve done an incredible job rising to the occasion. Their hard work, dedication, positive attitudes, and willingness to learn have truly stood out.

Watching them grow within the company and seeing how far they’ve come has made us incredibly proud. We’re excited to see what the future holds for both of them.

We had an awesome time celebrating a big milestone—over 1,500 Google Reviews! 🎉

A huge thank you to Crossfire Wilmington for hosting such a fun afternoon for our team. From axe throwing to paintball, it was great to step away from the job sites and spend some time together having a blast.
