Another productive week for Tidal Ridge Contracting! 🔨

At our Airbnb renovation:

• Concrete floor ground and prepped for epoxy
• First coat of paint completed on the walls
• Trim and doors received their first coat
• Ceilings finished with two coats
• Garage roughed in for conversion into a finished living space
• New recessed can lights installed 💡

Our commercial tile project is also moving right along—28 tub surrounds and 14 showers completed this week. ✅

Proud of the progress and thankful for everyone helping keep these projects moving forward.

Another productive week for Tidal Ridge Contracting! 🔨

Our Airbnb renovation is moving right along. This week, we completed:

✅ Full cabinet repaint
✅ New concrete slab for the hot tub
✅ Artificial turf installation for the putting green

For the remainder of the week, we’ll be finalizing permits, completing the fire pit, beginning the garage conversion, painting the entire interior, and applying an epoxy finish to the garage floor.

Our commercial project is also continuing to move forward, with the first of five sections now complete and the next section underway.

We’re wrapping up Section E by the end of the week, then it’s on to Sections D and C. Our team is proud of the steady progress and quality workmanship being delivered throughout this project.

Another productive week in the books. 💪

This week our team completed:

✔️ 13 bathroom tile surrounds on the 5th floor
✔️ 2 kitchen backsplash installations for the mock-up units
✔️ Stayed on schedule while delivering clean, quality workmanship every step of the way.

None of this happens without a hardworking crew that takes pride in what they do. We’re grateful for the team’s dedication and excited to keep building.

Next week is shaping up to be even bigger, with 26 bathrooms ready for installation. We’re looking forward to another busy week and continuing to deliver quality work while keeping the project moving forward.

Bedroom remodel complete ✅

We took this room down to the studs and rebuilt it with new insulation, new drywall, new electrical outlets and covers, updated trim, new flooring, a modern ceiling fan, and a new solid-core single-panel door.

We also scraped the popcorn ceiling and refinished it smooth and flat for a cleaner, more modern look.

The walls were painted Sherwin-Williams Evergreen Fog and paired with crisp white trim.

A small repair, but one that took careful work to make it look right.

The backsplash had already been opened up for the installation of a pot filler. Our scope was to come in afterward and repair the damaged area. We added the necessary backing, patched the wall, reset the customer-provided accent tile, and finished the edges so the repair blended cleanly with the existing backsplash.

Big things are getting started for Tidal Ridge Contracting.

We’re officially underway on the tile work for this apartment project with W.M. Jordan Company. Waterproofing is going in, tile is starting to hit the walls, and our crews are moving unit by unit.

This project was a complete gut renovation from the studs. We removed the existing fiberglass tub/shower and rebuilt the space from the ground up.

Another project completed by Tidal Ridge Contracting.

This customer had an outdated paver walkway that had settled and become uneven over time. We removed the existing pavers and stone, completed the necessary site preparation, and installed a new concrete walkway for a clean, durable, low-maintenance finish.

The new walkway provides a safer path, improves drainage, and gives the front of the home a much cleaner appearance.
