What a night! Our team was honored with an Excellence in Construction Award for the Claymont Community Center Community Market & Garden - an incredible project that brings fresh food access, education, and community space to Claymont.
Celebrated with our superintendent Buzzy Roff, Claymont Community Center's Ali David, and StudioJAED Architects Engineers & Facilities Solutions's MaryBeth Robbins and Dave Mengers. Grateful for partnerships that strengthen our communities. Congrats to the whole project team!

We’re thrilled to celebrate the ribbon cutting of 5 brand new townhomes at 9th and Lombard St in the City of Wilmington, Delaware! These homes were built in partnership with Richard Dyton, the Wilmington Land Bank, Todmorden Housing, Woodlawn Trustees, Architectural Alliance Inc., and many others on an under-utilized lot. This is part of a larger transformation taking place on the Eastside of Wilmington. These affordable homes are built for sale, not rental, and 4 of the 5 were sold before construction was even finished!
