What a week it's been.
From fabricating barges in the Port of Los Angeles, to repairing handrails for the Coast Guard, repairing aluminum rolling brackets for a floating gas station, and fixing a 6-inch gathering line out in the oil field — it's been one project after another.
And honestly, I couldn't be more grateful for every minute of it.
There have been plenty of times over the last few years when I could have thrown in the towel. Times when I could have given up on myself, my company, and my dreams. But quitting has never really been an option.
The people who believe in me, trust me, and give me opportunities deserve 120% of my effort in return. That's how I was raised, and that's how I'll continue to operate.
What I've learned over the years is that business isn't really about jobs, contracts, or invoices. It's about relationships. Some of my best professional relationships have turned into lifelong friendships because they're built on communication, honesty, hard work, and a shared desire to turn ideas into reality.
So if you're looking for a fresh set of eyes on a project, a contractor who will give you a fair number and keep things competitive, or simply someone willing to help solve a problem, give me a call.
I averaged about 15-hour days this week, and the funny thing is, I don't feel like I worked a minute.
When you're building something you believe in, surrounded by good people, it doesn't feel like work.
To anyone out there having a tough week, keep going.
If you feel like quitting, don't.
Your breakthrough might be closer than you think.
