I want to highlight new employee, Dustin Gillham, he came to us in the winter months looking for a job. Worst time of year is what I told him initially. Dustin was relentless and more importantly so positive and appreciative every time I spoke with him. I could not turn such great characteristics down, so we hired him! Dustin‘s been a great addition to the overall Benge Team and Paving Crew. His positive attitude and eagerness to learn is motivating and exciting. Welcome aboard Dustin you deserve this highlight!!

We are all just about done with this first quarter in 2026, so….”Let’s all remember to be safe out there!”

Easier said than done.

You can’t control all of the various factors that can cause injuries, accidents, and or near misses. What you can do is, be prepared, be aware, have a plan, know your risks, practice safe planning and operations, train safety-first in all aspects of your organization, and communicate to others when you see, hear, and or feel that safety is not being practiced.

Let’s all keep moving forward with this in mind, so we can all go home and enjoy our families, friends, and the freedoms we all are so fortunate to have!

It has been a beautiful fall this year has continued to push forward, make weather adjustments, and we continue to surpass our competition and provide satisfactory work to our awesome customers who religiously hold us above all of our competition! Great work Benge. Its not about receiving paper awards, fake pats on the back, & fake dangling carrots. We are about working hard, earning your wage, company success and more importantly Employee Success! The Ladder is right there…. The Vision is clear…. Oh and another record breaking year as well! It hasn’t come without its ups and downs but this is life and we continue to support those on board, support their families, and we hope everyone lives a great and successful life.
