Originally built in 1931, the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts is undergoing a major redevelopment that will transform the historic downtown campus while preserving its iconic Art Deco architecture. This decade-long modernization project will replace aging facilities that no longer meet modern standards and expand the campus’s capacity and functionality. Phase 1 was completed in summer 2025 and included a new gymnasium and six-story parking garage. We’re excited to be involved in such a historic project for the city of Las Vegas and proud to have helped lay the foundation for this transformative redevelopment effort. Phase 2 is underway, and our team is hard at work ensuring the next chapter of this campus transformation is delivered with the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.

Our scopes on phase 1 included interior and exterior framing, insulation, caulking, drywall, drywall finishing, paint and EIFS.

Portland Art Museum's Mark Rothko Pavilion is a transformative addition situated between two existing museum buildings. The project provides approximately 100,000 square feet of new and renovated gallery space, expanding opportunities for art, education and community engagement. The pavilion was given its name to honor Mark Rothko, a renowned artist who grew up in Portland, Oregon and is best known for his unique abstract paintings. We're proud to have been part of this project and hope the community enjoys the Mark Rothko Pavilion for years to come.

Our scopes included interior and exterior framing, drywall, ACT, plaster, weather barrier, insulation, firestopping, fireproofing, paint, claddings, specialties, doors, frames and hardware.

The Albuquerque International Sunport needed a major revitalization, and our team was proud to help bring that vision to life. The Dream of Flight Renovations began in November 2022, and after years of planning, coordination and plenty of hard work, the project is nearing completion. With only one phase remaining, the majority of the airport is now open and ready for travelers to enjoy. This transformative renovation includes a new security checkpoint, a redesigned terminal layout, and an entirely reimagined dining and retail experience, all thoughtfully inspired by the culture and heritage of New Mexico.

Our scopes included framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, metal ceilings and wood slat ceilings.

The summer heat has officially arrived! This is a reminder to take steps to stay cool, stay hydrated and stay safe in these extreme temperatures. Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day, supplement with electrolytes when needed, take breaks in cool, shaded areas, wear appropriate clothing and always look out for one another.

We’re proud to share that Central Library at Stevens Ranch was completed earlier this year! This state-of-the-art library will serve as a hub of learning and entertainment for the growing population of Bend, Oregon. The 100,000-square-foot building features community meeting rooms, study areas, co-working spaces, a children’s discovery center, teen lounge, hands-on DIY zone, coffee shop, outdoor gathering spaces and more.

Our scopes included prefabricated exterior wall panels, framing, drywall, weather barrier, insulation, fireproofing, firestopping, linear wood grille ceiling panels and doors.

Last month, two of our employees went above and beyond to help someone in need and we’re so grateful for their quick thinking and compassion in an extremely stressful situation. While working at PDX, Darryl Martin (right) and Ethan Korrell (left) heard screams coming from the arrivals area and immediately responded. They found a man who had been severely injured and didn’t hesitate to step in, applying first aid to his wounds and doing everything they could to keep him safe while waiting for emergency responders. The man was stepping into a vehicle just as someone was attempting to steal it, dragging and throwing him from the vehicle and causing multiple serious injuries in the process. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.

Darryl and Ethan have been recognized by the Port of Portland and many others for their heroic actions and we couldn’t be more proud to have these two outstanding individuals on our crew. Quick thinking and proper training allowed them to remain calm and step in when it was desperately needed. Thank you, Darryl and Ethan!

Progress continues at Oregon State University's Jen-Hsun and Lori Huang Collaborative Innovation Complex. Our acoustical team has installed raised access flooring in the future home of one of the world’s most powerful supercomputers. Designed for what’s next, the system includes a 45-inch pedestal height to support evolving infrastructure needs.

Our scopes include exterior framing, exterior sheathing, thermal insulation, fireproofing, intumescent coating, firestopping, interior framing, drywall, taping, linear wood ceilings, acoustical walls and ceilings, sound batt insulation, paint, door frame installation, hot aisle containment, and raised access floors.
