Are you an experienced leader in site development and civil construction? We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Excavation Foreman who can lead crews, read plans, operate equipment, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to specifications. Monday thru Friday 7am-330pm. Wage based on experience and determined upon interview.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage excavation crews on site
• Read and interpret blueprints, grades, and site plans
• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, dozers, loaders)
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower efficiently
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards at all times
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Keep projects on schedule and within scope

Requirements:
• 5+ years of excavation/sitework experience
• 2+ years of leadership/foreman role
• Strong knowledge of site development, layout, utilities, grading, drainage etc.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with GPS equipment
• Valid driver’s license
