It’s been four months since we posted an update on our New Braunfels project. We are a little less than a month from final completion!

Our New Braunfels project, Yaupon by Agave, is progressing! Stucco is going on, exterior painting is happening, cabinets and tile are being installed. It won’t be long before this project is finished!

Hildee's Dine-Inn is getting close to completion! Bathroom tile is installed, equipment is getting connected, railings on the outside dining area are almost complete, pumphouse now has a roof and exterior stone and siding, the bar tile has been installed, and the tongue and groove ceiling in the dining room is installed!

Hildee's Dine-Inn is taking shape on the inside now as well! Exhaust hood and Walk-in coolers are installed, brick veneer is getting installed on the interior, stonework is finished on the exterior, and the sign is up!

Howdy to COSC senior Acie Jauer who is doing his internship with up and coming builder JB Chisum Construction in San Marcos, TX! Acie spends his time both in the office and the field side during the construction of a luxury multi-family project. During his time, he supervised the installation of autoclaved aerated concrete material from CIAC member Hebel-USA. Gig’em Acie! Keep up the great work!

Yaupon by Agave, in New Braunfels, is moving along, windows are installed in all three buildings, exterior doors are in and the swimming pool has been built!

Hildee's Dine-Inn is looking really great! We are very happy with how the exterior stain looks, interior and exterior rock work is starting and is going to be beautiful. Check out these water and fire tanks from Specified Water Systems in Dripping Springs!! 👍🏻👍🏻

We are very close to having all three buildings dried in at Yaupon by Agave in New Braunfels! Swimming pool work has started, underlayment is down on the roof, almost all windows are in!

Siding is pretty much installed, and windows are in at Hildee's Dine-Inn! Doors will be installed very soon!
