Mid-Tex Land Services is looking to hire a full time operator to run one of our machines.
Mostly will be in a cat 299d with mulcher/rock mill
Occasional dirt work etc.
experience running a machine is required. And experience on excavator, dozer etc is a plus.
You must be able to be at the job site on time and be productive.
You must at minimum have a reliable truck to carry fuel tank, compressor and tools in. Being able to haul the machine is a HUGE plus and will be paid for additionally.
Most of our work is within an hour of New Braunfels but we do work out of town often all over Texas. Hotels and fuel paid for when working out of town.
Pay is based on experience and your abilities.
Option for weekends as well we are stacked right now and can run weekends to catch up.
Duties
Operating machine
Blowing machine out multiple times a day
Greasing machine
Cleaning debris off
Swapping attachments
Updating me on the progress of the job
Taking before and after pictures of jobs
Occasionally talking with customers when they are on the job or stopping by
Loading and transporting machine to and from job site
Servicing machine at our yard etc.
repair issues in field (swap hoses, change out knives etc)
