A sunken front porch? Not anymore! 😎🏡

This Fredericksburg, VA porch had settled nearly 2 inches, leaving a gap along the brick border and creating a serious trip hazard. Instead of tearing everything out, the LUX Foundation Solutions team used polyurethane foam lifting to raise and stabilize the slab — no demolition, no replacement, and the porch was ready to use the same day! 🙌
