🎉 Join Us in Welcoming Our New Leadership for the Martinsburg Office!

We’re excited to introduce two exceptional professionals who will be leading our Martinsburg office and strengthening Greenway Engineering’s presence in the Eastern Panhandle.

👷‍♂️ Daniel Hayes, PE, PMP – Director of Engineering

Daniel brings a strong engineering foundation with a BS in Agricultural Engineering from Virginia Tech. With extensive experience in civil and land development (including project management, site planning, infrastructure design, and client leadership), Daniel’s expertise will be invaluable as he guides our Martinsburg team forward.

When he isn’t shaping projects, Daniel is busy at home – he and his wife are parents to seven amazing children! Outside of work, he enjoys CrossFit and writing.

💬 Daniel is looking forward to building a successful team that serves the local community and has fun doing so.

👷‍♀️ Kimberly Petrucci – Senior Project Manager

Kimberly holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering from the University of Miami. She brings a wealth of regional experience, having worked across the tri-state area and in local government — experience that will help strengthen our engineering services for local developers and businesses.

A fun family tradition: every November, Kimberly, her three children, and her granddaughter participate in the St. Pete Run Fest 5K together! She also enjoys reading and sewing in her free time.

💬 Kimberly is excited to help create a strong engineering presence that meets the needs of local developers and businesses.

We’re thrilled to have both Daniel and Kimberly on board as leaders in Martinsburg, and we can’t wait to see the positive impact they’ll make! 🚀

We’re proud of our Ashburn team for coming together in support of the local community through a recent service project with Mobile Hope. Our team partnered with Mobile Hope to help distribute bags of food to individuals and families in need, making a meaningful, hands-on impact close to home.

This effort was made even more special by the collaboration with our valued client partners — American Real Estate Partners (AREP), PowerHouse Data Centers, and The M Group Architects — who joined us in serving the community. Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to support this important cause. Serving the community together reinforces the strength of our relationships and our shared commitment to giving back — values that extend well beyond the job site!

We’re excited to introduce Cole Scott, who recently joined our Ashburn office as a Design Engineer.

Cole earned his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Shepherd University and brings valuable hands-on experience from his time as a Project Manager Intern at NVR, Inc., as well as a Technician’s Apprentice at Building Infrastructure Group. His background has given him a strong foundation in project coordination, construction management, and collaborative infrastructure work.

When he’s not working, Cole enjoys a little friendly competition—whether that’s on the golf course or at the billiards table—along with staying active at the gym and unwinding with a good movie.

We are proud to announce that Zach Judy and Dan Charmo in our Wi******er office have passed their respective professional licensure exams.

- Zach Judy – Wi******er Engineering Team - passed the Professional Engineer exams in Virginia.

- Dan Charmo – Wi******er Survey Team - passed the Professional Land Surveyor exams in Virginia.

Last week, we had a very successful turn out at George Mason’s Career Fair. We got an amazing opportunity to interface with the next generation of young professionals and met many great candidates.
