We are currently experiencing another service interruption due to a major AT&T outage. As a result, our internet, phone system, and billing system are unavailable at this time.

We will continue to provide updates and will notify members as soon as all systems are back online.

⚡️ OUTAGE UPDATE ⚡️

We are aware of the outages in our service area, and our crews are working as quickly and as safely as possible to restore power.

Please continue to stay away from any downed power lines and report them immediately.

‼️OUTAGE UPDATE ‼️

As of 8:35 p.m.

We’ve made great progress since this morning! We started the day with just under 3,000 members without power, and we are now down to fewer than 500.

We currently have approximately 60 individual outages remaining, many of which involve multiple broken poles. At least 17 broken poles have been identified throughout the restoration process, and these more extensive repairs will take additional time to complete.

Our crews and contractors are continuing to work as quickly and safely as possible. Restoration for all remaining members is currently estimated by the end of the day tomorrow, pending any additional outages or unforeseen issues.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as our crews work to get everyone back on.

⚡️ OUTAGE UPDATE ⚡️

As of 7:35 a.m.

We’ve made great progress throughout the night! We started with more than 13,000 members without power, and we are now down to fewer than 3,000.

We still have over 140 individual outages, and these will take additional time to restore as crews work through each location.

We have contractors assisting our crews, and we are expecting additional contractors and fellow cooperative crews to arrive this morning.

We are working as quickly and safely as possible to get everyone’s power restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our crews continue working.

Clark Energy is aware of the outages in our area, our crews will respond as quickly and safely as possible.

For your safety, please stay away from all downed power lines. Always assume a downed line is energized and dangerous.
