Today's adventure, battled a "planned power outage" from the electric co but still managed to knock out these 2 motor stands for Porsche motors and transmissions. The customer's ecstatic over them. On to the next one!! It's gonna be a big one!! All stainless steel stand alone jib frame!! 🤯 HAHA Stay tuned for more welding and fabrication!!! 💪👍👌

Here's a shiny new set of smoker grates duplicated exactly like the originals minus all the rust and holes!! 🤣🤣 He couldn't be happier!! He can't wait to season them up and get that meat smokin!! Another one down and on to the next!! 💪💪👍👍 Lone Wolf Metalworks just crankin em out!!

I forgot to post Saturday's work. This is a Jeep rear frame. First 3 are the before!! 🤣I couldn't believe the top and sides were actually GOOD metal!!! It's a rarity for sure!! All I had to do is clean them up and cut out the rust , weld prime the insides and box them back up!! They're not welded solid so moisture has an escape!! This one was an absolute pleasure to weld up!! This one was more of a preventive maintenance job not a rescue!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 My boy at Subdude is gonna call me a sissy for sure!! 🤣🤣🤣 He's had some NIGHTMARES!! 🤣🤣

Today's job . Hey look NO RUST!!! 🤣🤣 Customer wanted these custom brackets and wanted them " HEAVY DUTY " Challenge accepted!! 🤣🤣🤣 It was nice to work with new metal for a change. But back to a rusty Jeep tomorrow 🙄🤣👍 I take all challenges here at Lone Wolf Metalworks 610-762-5785. Well yet another rusted pos brought back to life here at Lone Wolf Metalworks!! Just a couple before pics ( because I was so excited to tear into all this rust I forgot to take some🙄🤦‍♂️) and the after . The customer just wanted the "bandaid fix" but there was no small fix lol he's happy as a clam I gave him another 10 years (maybe) 🤣🤣 If you just can't part with your cherished rusty junk give me a call let's see if we can revive it to usable again!!

Like I always say .... its always about the dollars and sense ... does spending the dollars make sense?? In this case it was for this gentleman.

This one was a challenge. All 1/4" steel heavy AF but yet again Lone Wolf Metalworks makes the customer's wish come true!! Downtown Easton 😳 Traffic NIGHTMARE 🤣 But we pulled it off without a hitch!! Special shout out to Todd Rosenberry !! Retired but still putting in work!! I couldn't have done it without him!! 🙏 This AMAZING POWDER COATING was done by The Coating Factory it's a textured powder which Jonathan Stonewall pulled off flawlessly!!! Best powder coater in the Slatebelt BY FAR!!!! So if you need that custom doodad or whatchamacallit look me up !! Today's adventure. The first 5 pics is how it came in. 🤣 Take note all the holes and those spectacular welds!! 🤣🤣🤣The last 2 are the cheap fix the customer requested. I did my best to match that quality but I think I missed the mark!! 🤣🤣🤣 Should get him another 5+ Year's before it totally rusts away. Lone Wolf Metalworks reviving the dead!!

Customer says "can you just weld this together " my reply " 🤣 Absolutely not" but in my best Oscar Goldman voice "But we can rebuild it!!" First 2 pics are what he had . The next pics are what I built for him. Needless to say he's a very happy man!! His leveler is better than new!! Next up a rusty bucket cheap fix!! 🤣🤣🤣 We do it all here at Lone Wolf Metalworks!!
