We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning, equipment repair, and mechanical knowledge. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that our clients enjoy optimal comfort and efficiency in their environments.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Conduct equipment repairs and replacements as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their HVAC requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance or appliance repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with air conditioning design principles.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record required for travel between job sites.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology are preferred but not mandatory.
- EPA Certified.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces and withstand varying temperatures.
- Must own standard HVAC tools.
- Ability to use mobile devices and software for work orders and diagnostics.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
