MDR Construction We are a full service construction company specializing in fine home building in Napa/Sonoma County.

Mike began his career as a teen working in both concrete and general construction and ultimately progressed to building custom homes. He has worked as a foreman and a superintendent on custom homes and wineries in both the Sonoma and Napa Valley. After the Tubbs fire in 2017, Mike obtained his general contracting license and has been continuing to work in the Napa Valley, where he and his team hav

This is our current project. A complete gutting and reframe of Antonio Forni’s 1903 Queen Anne Victorian home, in St. Helena. The front siding details were rehabilitated and re-used, where possible. The rest of the siding had custom tooling made to replicate original detail and the cedar shingles were cut and installed to original sizes and patterns. The back sides have and doors. The sides facing the street have doors and windows modeled as originally built, from widows and doors. Almost ready for sheetrock and removal of scaffolding!
