Job Description
Full-Time position (Mon-Fri, office hours 8AM – 4:30PM)
As a Sales Administrator / Assistant, the role will position you as a key support member of our in house sales team. This will include assistance to the sales team and office in general.
General overview of Duties / Responsibilities
· Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
· Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
· Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
· Assist with inbound lead distribution (email and phone), recording data in digital system.
· Assist Sales Manager with lead generation tasks
· Responsible for administrative office tasks as needed.
· Entering customer data, opportunities & orders in CRM system.
· Keeping customer data and orders up-to-date.
· Reviewing customer orders.
· Informing the sales team with lead-time changes.
· Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
· $33,280 / year

Education and Experience
· Previous office administration experience preferred
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods sitting / standing at a desk and working on a computer
· Must be able to lift up to 25-40 pounds at times
