We are pleased to announce Shelton Services recently acquired the operational assets of Midwestern Services from WM (Waste Management). This is another milestone in Shelton’s growth as a leading environmental and industrial services firm.
Midwestern has been a preeminent Houston-based tank cleaning company since the 1970s. Most recently, it was part of WM— the largest waste management and environmental services company in North America.
Shelton Services is proud of its industry-leading tank cleaning group. Our success is a testament to our amazing team. This transaction gives us additional equipment and professionals to expand our well-established tank cleaning program. It also cross-supports our other business lines such as spill response and degassing/vapor control. In short, this allows Shelton to better serve existing and new customers.
