We’re proud to share an important leadership update at AWI Manufacturing. Brent Johnson has officially stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Brent has been part of AWI for more than 20 years, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Throughout his time with AWI, he has played an important role in our growth, built strong relationships with our customers and partners, and developed a deep understanding of our people, products, and business.

As CEO, Brent will lead AWI into its next chapter while building on more than 55 years of family ownership, craftsmanship, integrity, and strong relationships.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Esther Kerley 🌟

Meet Esther, one of our Laser Operators! Since joining AWI a few months ago, she’s brought a passion for laser cutting and a great attitude to the shop floor.

Esther’s interests outside of work are just as unique. She spent her middle and high school years participating in historical reenactments, where she even sewed her own costumes. These days, you can often find her dog-joring with her Australian cattle dog!

We’re glad to have you on the team, Esther. Thanks for all you do! 👏

AWI was proud to sponsor a four-person team at Monday's HLWW Athletics Golf Tournament. Lisa Ogle, Doug Otto, McKenzie Rehmann, and Tom Issendorf represented AWI, enjoying a day of golf, connection, and friendly competition.

Events like this are a great way to support local organizations, build relationships, and stay engaged in the communities we call home.
