Here is a fun one we did today. Most don't understand how hard it is to cut small with a CNC plasma. It's not a laser but more of a torch. The torch width is just about the width of the smaller lines on this piece. If you stop or slow down it will instantly melt everything around it and ruin the piece. This specific piece has 5380 lines of g code telling it what to do and where to go. It has 2372 node points which is the equivalent of connect the dots. Each line and node has to be gone through to make sure it's doing what it's supposed to do. The first two I missed a few things and had to adjust the code to make it correct but I think I finally got it on the third one.
This piece was 34x42 on spikes but we made it 7x11 with a fold under stand. Pretty neat and small for the details it has.
