We are excited to share that Food Lion's store remodel in Statesville, NC is now complete! Their Grand Opening occurred earlier this week and was graced by freshly fallen snow.

This project was a total remodel of the building interior, taking out walls, equipment, and floor slab in order to rebuild and reconfigure the space from the ground up. Though housed in an existing structure, the new Statesville Food Lion has all of the equipment, finishes, and aesthetic of a new build!

Construction has begun on the next phase of Jacob's Crossing Shopping Center in Troutman, NC! The development began with construction of a new Food Lion grocery store, and this next phase of work will include a new line of shops. The new shopping center is located in a rapidly growing part of Troutman, with plans to build new neighborhoods all around the site.

It has been a pleasure working with Troutman Investment Group, LLC and Omega Construction to see the shopping center take shape and continue to develop!

We are excited to announce that Westridge Construction Partners has begun work at Spring Hope’s historic Railroad Depot! Originally built in 1887, the Depot was vital for storing and shipping locally grown crops and produce along the rail line. It has been maintained and renovated over the years and was most recently used as a library. This project will rehabilitate the Depot to re-establish its original architectural aesthetic while adding modern amenities and accessibility for the building to serve the town as a Banquet Hall.

Keep an eye out for updates over the next year as the Depot is rehabilitated, and a new outdoor platform is added!

We have worked closely with McIntyre Manufacturing Group over the last five years to renovate and expand their new manufacturing campus. We are thrilled to see the results of their vision and Garanco, Inc.’s skilled construction team! With the upcoming completion of Phase 5, McIntyre will be relocating their paint line to add to their already impressive array of manufacturing equipment. We are excited to see what they do next!

We are thrilled to be working with JDL Fast Track again! They have begun an exciting new project with Magnolia Construction to renovate their indoor track, and once completed, it will be the first permanent banked indoor track in North Carolina! Keep an eye out for more updates as the new track takes shape.

We have been working with Hospice of Davidson County over the last few years to develop a new addition to their facility and are excited to see it taking shape! The new wing will include support spaces and an open-air terrace for outdoor functions. Davie Construction Co. is building the project, and we are happy to have them on the team!

We had a great time at the Grand Opening for Food Lion's new location in Troutman, NC! We appreciate our ongoing working relationship with Food Lion and enjoyed collaborating with Solid Rock Ventures and Omega Construction. We are thrilled with how the new store turned out!

The addition at Newton Family Physicians is taking shape! The 3,600 square foot addition will provide NFP with room to expand and is designed to tie in seamlessly with the existing building. Matthews Construction Co., Inc. has done a great job on this project, and we are happy to be working with them!

Check out our new space! The move was quick, and we took the last few weeks to decorate and get settled. We would like to thank Blum Construction for their excellent work on the upfit and Tiffany J. Secoges with Meridian Realty Group for making the relocation process so easy!

We are excited to announce that Alliance Architecture of the Triad is moving! Our current office space at Coliseum Park Plaza has served us well for almost 10 years. We will miss our workplace but are thrilled to have the opportunity to reflect on how the firm has changed over the last decade and create a new space that can serve our current and future needs.

We won’t be moving far – our new office is located at 2601 Pilgrim Court – just next door! The move will be complete June 10th. Keep an eye out for pictures and more updates coming soon!
