Meet Rick Dail, Vice President of Business Operations at Dail Golf!
After transitioning from a successful career in the mortgage industry, Rick brought his business experience and leadership skills to Dail Golf and quickly became an integral part of the team.

As our go-to guy for business operations, Rick plays an important role behind the scenes, helping keep things moving across Dail Golf and the courses we serve.

A look into this past week at Mimosa Hills.

Josh and the crew prepped the areas the course wanted to restore, while Superintendent Brian Reddick added a solid layer of compost to create a strong foundation. From there, we laid TifTuf sod, which tied in beautifully with the existing turf.

Everything is looking great, and these areas should be ready for mowing in just a few weeks.

• Drainage is being installed on #1
• More sod is going down throughout the fairways
• The newly sprigged greens are growing in
• Sod is now down around the new #8 green
