We recently studied whether a downtown Greensboro NC bar, Longshanks Billiards, could expand into the former Irish pub on the second floor next door. That’s what feasibility studies are for: exploring what’s possible before you invest. Some of the best projects don’t start from the ground up—they start with great bones and even greater potential. This renovation breathes new life into an existing taproom and bar in Monroe, NC by expanding capacity, adding a spacious rear patio upper deck, and creating a new front canopy that makes an inviting first impression.

Design with both families & athletes in mind: We are excited to share our latest project in Winston-Salem. A new family practice facility thoughtfully designed to support everyday wellness and elevate sports medicine care. This space is designed to move with the people it serves. Clean lines, natural light & patient centered flow create a place that feels welcoming, efficient & energizing. More than a facility it will be a hub for healthier living. There will be more updates coming on this space we are creating.
