Our team thoroughly soft washed the entire residence, pool enclosure, driveway, and sidewalk. Additionally, we performed drywall repairs on the porch and applied a fresh coat of paint in a shade specifically designed for porch ceilings, aptly named "porch ceiling blue." The porch railing was removed, and the columns were sanded, primed, and painted. The front door received a vibrant new coat of red paint, and new shutters and porch lights were installed.

We came in and completely refreshed this space:
☑️ Demoed carpet, linoleum, and old worn flooring, and baseboards
☑️ Prepped all of the floors to insure proper  installation
☑️ Installed sleek 7x36 wood plank tile

This home had old vinyl skirting that was rotted, bowed, and letting moisture and critters in. The owners wanted something permanent — not another temporary fix.

So we poured a brand-new concrete footer and laid 4x4x16 split-face block, but installed with the smooth face on the outside for a clean, finished look.

The difference is night and day!
Stronger • Cleaner • Longer lasting • Way better curb appeal.

Here are some before and after of a complete kitchen remodel that consisted on opening up the kitchen wall, adding flush mount can lights, completely hanging all new drywall in the kitchen area, painting the kitchen, living room, dining room, and hallway ceilings and walls. We also replaced the old tile floors with new LVP floors and baseboards. And we all replaced the old non sliding pocket doors with new 6 panel hinged doors. Those also got panted as well. This transformation was amazing and our team did a fantastic job and the clients loved it.
