Hello everyone! Today some of our team participated in the UCF Baseball Alumni Golf Tournament! Our president, Mark Batia played for the team during his time at the college so we were invited to enjoy the beautiful day and get on the dance floor. Thanks so much to UCF for inviting us and go Knights!

Happy Friday! Things are moving along quickly and efficiently over at the Waterford Senior living facility. Some days require heavier equipment than others as seen in the images below. We recently moved new rooftop units (RTUs) to the facility which requires scheduling a crane once the truck delivery has been completed. Communication and scheduling work hand in hand here to ensure everything runs smoothly during this process. As Batia grows, these situations become more frequent and we are ready for it.

Good afternoon,everyone! Hope you’ve been able to keep warm this week. Today we wanted to give an update on the Christian Service Center project in Downtown Orlando. Each of the pictures below shows our crew installing and framing the ceilings and walls of the 816 building. The call from God to roll up our sleeves and do what betters our community is one of our favorite parts of the construction industry. They blend seamlessly in jobs such as the Christian Service Center. As usual, stay tuned for more updates and the finished product!

This week, we want to give a shout out to our new project manager, Trevor Greenan. He’s been in commercial construction with experience taking projects from bid to closeout. Over the years, he’s worked on everything from medical offices and retail spaces to educational facilities and hospitality projects. His priorities include keeping projects organized, coordinating with owners and subcontractors, and making sure we deliver on time and within budget. Trevor is passionate about building strong relationships and finding solutions that keep the job moving forward. We’re so happy to have him on our team!

Happy Friday, everyone!
Here to give some updates on the Village on the Green project in Longwood, FL. The clock tower has been framed and the roof has begun to take shape as seen in the photos below. This job has been so rewarding to watch over time because of the magnitude of our work in the area. Our team has truly gone above and beyond for this project. Along with the clock tower, we’ve been forming sidewalks, doing electrical rough-in, and stuccoing walls. Watch for more updates!

Hello everyone! We’re here with an update on the warehouse at 137 Atlantic in Maitland. These drone pictures show a perfect view of how we've progressed during this project. The metal structure has been erected, the foundation has been laid, and the skirt walls built. These skirt walls protect and conceal the foundation itself. After this, insulation will be installed, and walls will be built around the warehouse. Stay tuned for the finished product! We're so excited to see this ground-up project finish up.

Happy Labor Day, everyone! We celebrated with a barbeque with our office and self-perform team. It’s important that we celebrate our hard-working team especially when they’re out on the field. We would not be where we are today without these guys. As our Batia family gets bigger, we only become tighter as a unit while embracing our values that make our company. Enjoy a final summer hot dog, the pool, and stay safe!

Hello everyone and happy Friday! The Good Pour is finished and ready for their Grand Opening this weekend! As our second project with The Good Pour, we are so excited to bring this project to life right around the corner from our office.

Good afternoon everyone! Introducing the Lake Eola Food Hall project located in Downtown Orlando. Spanning over 10,000 SF, this buildout includes restaurants, retail, and relaxation areas. We are currently working on the demolition phase of the project. With working on such a big project in the downtown area, we’ve had to find solutions to problems such as the dumpster location. The decision was made to put the dumpster on the sidewalk next to the property, which kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. As we grow as a company, these small hurdles help us prepare for the next project. Keep out for more updates!
