While on a service call I saw a stark reminder why you should definitely call Sky Air, and not use a friend of a friend.
I took these pics.
#1 is High voltage electrical whip that I guess was too short... so, they decided to add some indoor wire and duct tape.
#2 is the thermostat wire must of shorted out, so they taped on a lamp plug and ran it through a window to the indoor unit.
