⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This past winter, our roof developed another leak. We knew it was time. Luckily, one of our friends had used Restorations Unlimited a couple years ago to have her roof installed.
I contacted them online and the next day, I was contacted to set up an appointment for an estimate.
Scott and Kyle worked around my availability, and arrived on time to take measurements, discuss options, and start the estimate.
2 days later I had an estimate, which honestly was a very fair price. I signed the agreement, and a couple of days later they had already been here to get exact measurements for materials.
3 weeks later, we have a brand new metal roof installed.
During the entire process, I felt like I knew what was going on. They use an app called Job Tread, which allowed me to communicate with them, see the options for the estimate, and pictures of the overall process.
The crew arrived shortly after 7am and worked until 7pm the first day. The second day they arrived around 7am and the job was complete by 4pm. They were extremely respectful, and left no mess.
If you are in the area and you need a new roof installed or a roof repair, these are your people. They are friendly, transparent, honest, hard-working people. What more could anyone ask for?
