Started the day off with a nest tstat error code. After troubleshooting the unit found that the company that installed the new HVAC system left the switch from the old system about 10’ away from new unit and it was burnt up only allowing 44v instead of 120v to transformer.

Call 2: unit freezing up, had compacted evap coils had to take system apart and do it the right way. No can cleaner on this one.

Busy day at Whitley’s HVAC and handyman services!
Getting a rental property ready with fellow handyman Orlando Tha Barber. Pressure washing, installing light fixtures and faucets, replacing rotten decking, and troubleshooting bad HVAC system.
Followed by HVAC call with a bad capacitor and a then a no hot water call.
Special thanks to Pam White for allowing her Mr. fix it all husband Mike white to help me this week and Orlando Drinkard for all their hard work!
You guys are awesome!
