Horstman's Custom Fabrication & Welding Custom Metal Fabrication
I create by hand and not with a soulless machine! We are a Micro Business working on a small endeavor. You pay what we pay.

We create custom lifetime fire pits, The Mr. Phil ll, The Lady Garland, and The Widow Maker. These are heavy gauge artistic fire pits, hand crafted (Not cut on a burn table). Made in the United States with Pride! We specialize in Light Custom Metal Art and Fabrication, Welding, Assembly, Installation, and Repair. If you need something Created, Delivered, Installed, Assembled, or Repaired, like a D

ishwasher, Washer, Dryer, Fitness equipment, Lawn Tractor, Sky Fort Swing, Snow blower, Custom Bumpers, Handrails,
Automotive frame or Plow modifications and repair or maybe you need new Brushes, Bearings or a new field coil in your Mag Drill or Saw; whatever it might be, give us a call. We’ll let you know if we can do it. We’re posted on” LinkedIn” and Facebook so give us a call and well fit you into our schedule. We ask $70 an hour for Custom Metal Fabrication, Welding, Assembly, Installs, and Repairs plus parts. We promise “No mark ups” on parts. We ask $25 for local in town deliveries. Deliveries outside of my area are subject to increase depending on distance. Delivery and Assembly prices will vary depending on the size, complexity of the product and how far we have to travel. Reasonable time must be given for the shipment of replacement parts, materials and or the fabrication of the product if needed. We can only Repair products that are repairable. Products that are not repairable or if parts are no longer available, then the product will need to be replaced. Please respond to this add or call 207-530-0859, leave a detailed message of what you need, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Thank You

Robert

Waiting for a Rosebud and working on the jig, the regular torch will work just fine, but I'd like to have the Rosebud and heat a larger area.

Easy job, did a barter on this one. Waiting for a piece of tube steel to finish it.

Fixing this up for a company I do work for to pay my health insurance.
Kind of sucks, but it's a big help in this age where people like to steal from each other.

Maine Oxy charged me fifty bucks for that little bottle of Acetylene on the left. Matheson charged One hundred and forty for the bigger bottle on the right.
Either the price has gone up again or Maine Oxy is just way higher than everyone else.

Funny, picked up this job for a Stained glass window in a Boat house in East Winthrop on Cobbosseecontee Lake. It was supposed to be made of 1/8th inch angle. He was so adamant about 1/8" but brought me 1/4 inch. He should have just let me handle it. It makes it a little harder to bend. I don't know what the material is other that it's 6061 or 6063 Aluminum. I'll treat it like it's 6061. Where's my Rose Bud?

It's been a while since I've done this kind of stuff.

Was taught this in the early nineties. I go to these places to work and not a person knows about this and they call themselves weldors and fabricators. They never went to school for nothing and definitely never learned this from anyone.
Yes, there's a difference from book knowledge and on the job training. An even bigger difference when you have both!
