Hi all due to months of battling Frontier Communications l am have been disconnected. I was out of service from June 30th until July 15th they keep refusing to give me credit for the time they wouldn't come and fix my phone. I refuse to pay them until they give me the credit I deserve. I am not going to pay them after their customer service lied to me about giving me the credit now they even want me to pay for September yet they shut my phone off.
