Erick leads his three-person crew and assists other teams, especially with cable pulling, underground projects. His standout qualities are his consistency, willingness to go the extra mile, and a genuine desire for personal and professional growth, making him an invaluable asset. Erick's honesty and sincere belief that "bad news does not improve with time" reflect his transparent approach. Under his leadership, the Restoration team thrives and achieves remarkable success. With Erick at the helm, the Restoration team at UCI flourishes and consistently reaches impressive milestones.

Hello, February❣ This months is Jason Prevo. Jason, a twelve plus year employee of UCI, has been the shop foreman for the Lansing shop for almost three years now. In this capacity he has made sure that the trucks and equipment running out of the Lansing garage are in working order and ready to get the job done. He is often in the shop after hours and on the weekends taking care of repairs during emergency call outs and continues to showcase a broad skillset and depth of knowledge that’s hard to come by. Beyond managing the day-to-day workflow of the shop and handling the emergency road calls, he also keeps the Lansing yard organized and efficient so crews can come in, get what they need, and be on the road in no time. Time and again Jay has shown that he is a team player, a mentor, and asset to the UCI family. His hard work and dedication don’t go unnoticed, and we are proud to have him on the team.
