Recent oil tank replacement we performed the right way!! The previous tank was single wall with an underground oil line. We installed a double wall bottom ecogaurd tank with an overhead line and tiger loop at the burner to ensure proper operation. It’s been a while since a check in, we recently replaced this furnace with a crack in the heat exchanger. Reason being undersized and incorrectly piped intake and exhaust flues. We ran the correct size 3” piping after the replacement now the system will be in service for years to come!!
