KCR Manufacturing designs, engineers, and manufactures dependable fire equipment which has been tested and approved in the most extreme of environments by wildland firefighters and forestry professionals around the world.

KCR Manufacturing makes wildland firefighting equipment and offers a mix of machining and advanced manufacturing services. Capabilities include: tooling design & fixture design, 3 to 5 axis CNC programming services, CAD modeling and drafting services, medium-sized parts machining and fabrication from prototype to short & medium production runs, and high quality prototype aluminum metal casting and machining. Equipment and capabilities include: a single-spindle CNC lathe, a dual-spindle CNC lathe, three 3-axis CNC mills, one 5-axis CNC mill, an automated feed horizontal band saw, TIG/MIG welding equipment, and various manual milling and turning equipment. We partner with local manufacturers in composites, thermoforming, metal fabrication, and metal finishing to provide full service solutions for lager projects.
