"Can you put new wood floors in my old building but not take away from the old building feel?" Well, of course we can! We love taking part in the restoration of old buildings. These new solid character maple floors were chosen specifically to compliment this classic, and beautiful, lower town building converting to condos. Installed and finished onsite, they really added classic beauty that will last and last. The St. Paul Saints play 1 block away. What a cool spot to live!

A hot new bar/restaurant is about to open in St. Paul on West 7th. The building is over 100 years old, and so are these floors. The owners wanted to keep/showcase these old floors, patina and all, but also put a shine on them and make them last. Mission accomplished! There are many stories that these old floors hold and we are glad to have had a hand in preserving them.

Get rid of those carpeted stairs and make them a real show piece! These rustic Maple treads and risers really add beauty, but will also last a lot longer than carpet as well.
