🏠 Use these HVAC safety tips to keep your home and family safe:

✔ Never store flammable materials near HVAC equipment
✔ Test carbon monoxide detectors if you have a gas furnace
✔ After storms, visually inspect outdoor equipment for damage (and clear any debris) before turning the system on
✔ Know where your furnace shutoff switch and breaker are located for a quick emergency shutdown
✔ Schedule annual maintenance

🪟 Seal any small gaps around windows, doors, and baseboards to keep the cool air in (and costs down).

🌬️ Replace air filters to keep air flowing and to prevent your system from working too hard.

☀️ Clean off solar panels if you have them. Debris collected over the seasons can diminish your solar power! (If you're not a roof walker, give us a call. We can help!)

Warm days are starting early — but don't let them get the jump on your AC action!
Get your system ready for cooling season with these easy tips:

- Gently rinse condenser coils with a hose (remember to disconnect power at the box or turn it off at the breaker!)
- Check thermostat settings + replace batteries if needed
- Inspect refrigerant lines for visible damage or missing insulation
- Turn on your AC early to test its performance before summer
