Home builder In February of 2016, we made our first offer on a vacant lot in Stanwood.

January 2016 was the year of change- 3 months before our 2nd son was due to arrive we decided to take a leap of faith in to the home building business. Cris Campbell left his comfortble full time job and Marie Campbell left her part time job to pursue a life of entrepreneurship in General Contracting. While waiting for our permits we kept ourselves busy with baby and working on remodeling homes. O

ur first spec home, in Warm Beach Community, is projected to be complete in March of 2017.
