Before:
The home had an inefficient duct system that was causing hot and cold spots throughout the house. Testing showed that nearly 48% of the heating and cooling capacity was being lost before it ever reached the living space.

After:
We removed the inefficient duct system and corrected the airflow design so the system can properly deliver heating and cooling throughout the home. This improves comfort, eliminates hot and cold spots, and allows the system to operate much closer to its full capacity.

Late post, but this is the last of our home transformation pt.3. Gas-to-electric conversion success. Eliminated the gas furnace and installed all electric central heating and air. Reduced their heating load by 80% and cooling by 57% capacity with energy upgrades to the home. SUPER comfortable home, uniform comfort throughout, silent operation, and measured performance and results.

After 12+ months of filter run time. System still looks like new. Proper filter selection, can improve airflow, system performance, and low maintenance costs! This is the second filter replacement of this system and can see that it’s doing its job!
