Today the LifePort team laced up, showed up, and put fitness into action during our annual Memorial Day MURPH/5k! 💪🏃

In honor of U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy who died heroically in the line of duty in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. Events like this remind us that building a strong team goes beyond the workplace—it’s about supporting one another, challenging ourselves, and having fun together along the way.
