We’ve had a lot of people ask why Panhwar Jet, we haven’t assembled our aircraft and taken it up for a first flight. Here’s why, and what makes our strategy very different.
Unlike others in this space, who spent $30M–$75M only to put an aircraft in the air for a few minutes to excite investors, we’re focused on building a practical, commercial product. Those short flights looked impressive, but they also proved one thing: despite all that capital, they couldn’t deliver a viable aircraft.

Here’s our approach 👇
✅ All parts manufactured — but before assembly, we’re rigorously testing every system.
✅ Capital-efficient : from 2021 to date, we’ve spent just $2M while achieving results others couldn’t with tens of millions.
✅ Propulsion system tested nearly 1,000 hours, generating enough thrust to fly 6+ hours at 140 mph.
✅ Remote communication systems, currently in testing, expected to be completed in the next 6 months.
✅ Aircraft controls, nearly complete and ready for integration.
✅ Business model shift, we’ve moved away from the passenger market (capital intensive, unprofitable, certification nightmare) and focused on urgent cargo, a profitable, scalable path forward.

When we take our first flight, it won’t be a stunt to “buy time” with investors. It will be the first step toward a production-ready, safety-tested, practical aircraft, built to scale, built for profit, and built with our IPO in sight.

Back in university, one of my favorite professors once made a few bold decisions that got him seriously dragged by critics. It wasn’t fun to watch. I told him, “I’m really sorry you’re going through this.”
He looked at me, smiled, and said, “Don’t be. Just wait for me to prove it.”
He did. And I never forgot that lesson:
Let people talk. Wait for your moment. Then let your work do the real talking.
So when I first started discussing our onboard power generation system for Panhwar Jet, the reactions ranged from “this defies physics” to “did you invent magic?”
People lost it. Like, YouTube comment section level lost it.
Well... surprise. 😏

👉 We’ve completed our full electric drivetrain, the powerhouse behind our unmanned cargo aircraft, and certification testing has officially begun.
Here’s how it works (grab a notepad, skeptics):
Our battery indirectly powers the onboard generator
The generator powers two electric motors
Motors spin propellers at 2,000 RPM
That delivers 370 Newtons of thrust
And we only need 340 Newtons to cruise at 140 mph
Here’s the kicker:
⚡ It only takes 850 watts to generate 370 Newtons of thrust.
(Yes, you read that right. And yes, we triple-checked.)

We recently made the strategic decision to return nearly $5M raised under SEC Reg D to our investors. This was prompted by a change in circumstances from one of our new team members, who had committed to funding a significant portion of the round. While they did invest personal capital, they were only able to fulfill 30% of their original commitment due to unforeseen personal reasons.
Despite this shift, our goal remains unchanged: to raise $6.5M to acquire an airport and establish an FAA-certified, full-scale manufacturing facility — a critical step in scaling Panhwar Jet and bringing our vision to life.

Last week, we continued testing our propulsion system with updated blades, surpassing 750 hours of total testing. While these new blades did not increase thrust, they reduced torque requirements by 6%, which is a significant improvement that will further extend flight duration.

It’s incredible how even minor optimizations in blade design can have a major impact on performance. Over the past two years, we’ve gained invaluable insights, and a special thanks to our CFD engineer for the outstanding work in refining our technology.

The day started as usual—I dropped my daughter off at school, reviewed our AI model code, and had a quick meeting on this week’s milestones. Then came the call.
