Customer got to enjoy plenty of the World Cup in this space.

18x16 covered outdoor space we tied into the customer’s sunroom.

But we did a lot more here!

- Patio roof with fan, can lights, & Tv.
- New exterior door.
- new roof across sunroom (removed leaking Skylights)
- siding repair
- pressure washed the customers driveway / walkways
- new ceiling, lights, & fan in sunroom.
- extended customers rock bed to match the old beds.

We have still been busy with gutter cleaning

FLAT rate based on home heights.

Long term full gutters lead to a lot of the repairs we do for home owners.

Rains been killing our schedule.

But we are almost done with this small deck project we built to match construction of current deck.

- removed temporary deck cover
- 11x12 metal roof added
- 10x10 deck extension with inset stairs
- replaced rotten door trim
- adding outdoor fan light with extra outlets.

We still need to pour a small pad for stairs & finish the siding repairs
